Welcome to Baakit. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Baakit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”) operated by Baakit.com (“Baakit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content:

You grant Baakit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content

  • Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion.

Baakit:

  • Does not control third-party services
