Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except Crafted and products sourced from overseas, which may take up to 8 days or longer due to short supply.
- Some shipments may take longer if they are out of stock in our warehouse and must be fulfilled overseas.
- Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Multiple items in an order may arrive separately.
- If no response is received within 24 hours of our inquiry, we will proceed with cancelling or processing the order using the provided information.
- Shipping time is 7 to 15 working days and 15 to 25 working days for overseas Shipments.
- The full amount is refunded automatically if not delivered within 25 working days.
- Once dispatched, we are not liable for carrier delays or failures. But we do our best to cater to all customer inquiries. We suggest selecting the cheapest option.
Third-Party Brands
Please note that third-party brand items are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse. Processing and shipping times are approximate and provided during checkout. Minor delays may occur due to the supplier’s fulfillment process or carrier handling.
Please note: we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your package is marked as delivered but you can not locate it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If packages are lost due to shipping carrier errors we will reship, but the customer must pay for the additional shipping charges. (unless we run a promo) Otherwise, shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carrier Service, this is out of our control, but we will attempt to help you track and locate your package if there has been a significant delay. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and fees.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- You can check and track your orders using our chat feature (the round icon with an envelope in the lower right corner).
Shipping Carriers
- We use a variety of carriers for our shipments, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier will be chosen based on your shipping address and the best available service.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we may not ship certain items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delays
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact our customer support if you received wrong or damaged goods.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Make a clear video when you open a package and take clear photos of damaged goods in order to understand and evaluate the damage.
Automatic Processing Clause
- To ensure timely order fulfillment, if we do not receive a response to any inquiry related to shipping details (such as address, name, or contact information) within 24 hours, we will proceed with processing the order based on the information originally provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect details, or if no timely response is received.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
Within 60 minutes (subject to approval), we allow a 60-minute window after your order is placed before production begins. During this time, you may contact us to request a cancellation or make changes via phone, text, live chat, or email. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our friendly customer support team. Our team will be happy to assist you and, if applicable, arrange a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility Policy
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by courier services such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other third-party carrier. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or any other carrier-related issue beyond our control, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service. Any delays, losses, or failed deliveries must be addressed directly with the carrier. Refunds or replacements may be considered at our sole discretion, excluding shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.
